  Last night I spent several hours as a patient at the busy Austin Hospital Emergency Department. The experience, was, as expected, a process that was only as quick as possible. More importantly my treatment was highly professional. Thanks to the staff in general and particularly to the nurse practitioner, Alison, whose competence was simply outstanding.

  A family member spent the night in Austin Emergency. The whole experience was thoroughly professional and reassuring. I'm very grateful for the care we received. Thank you. Ward 6 West provided excellent care. What wonderful nurses.

  only giving one star because i have too , I'm termainly ill i need a feeing tube and the drs there are absolutely useless and irresponsible . they have no idea how to talk to people or even know how to listen , there wait time is unbelievably long for an appointment . referrals no matter how urgent they are take longer than they should . what a horrible hospital go else where if you can Would NOT recommend this hospital to NO ONE .
